“Why did you classify this last bit of information as fact and not rumor?” Matilda thinks Agent Bubbles has a hidden agenda.
“Oh? Did I say it wasn’t a rumor?” Scarlet plays dumb.
“You made it sound like it wasn’t.” Matilda puts away the lunchbox she devoured.
“Anyway, thanks for the help you two. I’m going to confront them.” You must find this girl! “If I don’t come back, uhm, please try to find me...”
“Noted.” Matilda will be there for you.
“You sure you don’t want us to come along, like, now?” Scarlet offers her help.
“Nah, I feel like it could provoke a bad reaction. I’m fine with you two being my backup.” You don’t want to admit it, but your fan club sounds like it’s filled with some psychos. Just one or two. No more than that. You remember Fangirl number 2 being cool. Point is, if you bring other girls with you, it may create chaos. “You two stay here and try to bond over something.”
“You act like we’re not friends already, but we are, right, Mat?” Scarlet beams with optimism.
“I suppose.” Matilda isn’t as positive as Scarlet would hope. “Regardless, I don’t have sufficient information about you or your interests, and I welcome this opportunity to correct this fact.” She sounds afraid that the redhead won’t have many.
“I guess our friendship could use some work….” Scarlet feels a little underwhelmed.
“I have conjured the perfect method to casually learn more about one another.” Matilda takes a bunch of cue cards out from her pocket. “Have you performed any interesting activities last week?” She reads the first one.
“…Yeah, I was helping you get out of the other dimension.” Scarlet frowns.
“Right.” Matilda starts going through her cards to no avail. She can’t make a follow up question to that answer.
Matilda and Scarlet stare at each other in silence for a bit. You take this as your cue to get out of here…
If you’re going to confront the Johnny Fan Club, you’re going to need an expert’s help on the matter. Liu wanted to continue amending for her involvement, so you should recruit her for the next step. It took you a little bit, but you found Liu outside! You recruit her for this mission!
“D-Do you really want me to take you to the club room?” Liu is surprised that you’re here to ask for her help again.
“I don’t see why not.” You don’t feel like it’s a bad idea.
“Uhm, understood. But, d-do you think it’s a good idea to run inside the lion’s den?” Liu will believe in you if you insist. “I feel like we could disguise you.”
They’re your fans, not your haters, why would you need to disguise yourself?
What do you do?
>Nope. Confront them like this. Directly. Without warning.
>Disguise yourself as a Ghost. You only need a blanket.
>Tell Liu to act like she kidnapped you on her own.
>Write In.
