As Nightshade dropped down upon the ground Lucian charged into the rears of the fleeing orcs. His scythe cutting another four with a single stroke as he quickly immersed himself into the horde. Another had slaughtered five others as the Reaper of Verac was upon them.
“F-FOR MORR!” Roared the peasants as their minds became clouded by the mind fog of death. Their fear and admiration for the death god taking their very sanity and fear of damnation from their souls.
The peasants had surged behind the Black Knight taken in by what could only be described as the dreadful divine lore of Morr. Their weapons making contact with the Orcs who were now stuck as death was coming all about them.
A loud clang of metal rang out as the weapons of all those fighting glowed with a subtle gold. The Reaper felt the change and easily sliced through the very skulls of the orcs as if they were the muscle that he was snaking his blade through before. Such was the mystical powers of the runesmith as he slammed a mighty hammerblow upon the head of an orc to solidify the enchantment for a short time.
As if he was born in the saddle the Black Knight rode through the orcs as if they were blades of grass. His weapon brought their height down just as a farmer would during the wheat harvest. Their souls sent to the realm of their chaotic gods in an act of damnation by the Heir of Ruin.
As his tide of death carried not only to his assembly of orcs but those of other regiments, Lucian caught sight of it. It was the largest Orc that he had ever seen in his lifetime and who wore armor as thick as a mule. Such armor looked horribly made, like someone had taken iron ore and simply beaten it into a shape that mocked the armor the dwarf Adok wore. It roared so strongly that Lucian could hear it.
