>>5961638Thanks to the official invite, I've decided to throw my hat into the ring with Reynauld. While he has (very) rudimentary art as the title card, that one's pretty much a joke at this point. Fortunately, I've been absolutely blessed, and somebody has actually comm'd art of our beautiful baby boy (Which was done n0cturnalcm on Twitter). It's pretty much how I'd imagine him, apart from the fact that he actually shows his face more often these days.
>A link to their quest in suptg or archived.moe, or to their current threadhttps://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/qstarchive.html?searchall=kobolt+klan> A brief description of who the character is and what they're aboutReynauld is a quintessential noble knight character, albeit one with the usual horrible past, and with a LOT of experience fighting horrible monsters during the demon crusades. Through a curse, he has been turning into a dragon, but because dragons are stupid, it's taking a very long time. He's already quelled his worst inner demon, but the natural greedy instincts of dragons still plague him from time to time. He has also, as the quest name implies, adopted a klan of kobolts, which seems to be evergrowing with all sorts of goobers that he has come to see as his beloved family, guarding them as jealously as any dragon with their hoard.
> three likes...1 Strongwilled people
2 Adorable kobolt antics.
3 Alcohol, within reason.
> ...and three dislikes1 Demons, dragons and other monstrosities
2 Abuses of power
3 Losing one's humanity
>4. a special talent or fun factReynauld was personally there when the demon lord at the heart of the eastern lands was slain. He led a small squadron of soldiers, by that time, due to an in-the-field promotion during the initial charge on the corrupted city. Also, he is actually a very good storyteller, but his taciturn demeanor has made this a little known fact.
>5. a weakness, fear, or dark secretReynauld long wore an all-concealing helmet, and went only by his first name, because he is the scion of a disgraced noble family that cavorted with demons, dark magics, and worship of the Heart of Darkness, throbbing and gestating in the center of the world. He personally slaughtered his entire family, and any of the staff that joined their vile revelry, rather than being sacrificed by it.
His title as a wandering knight was essentially a protracted but failed suicide-by-monster.
Also: he thinks that the word kobolt is written with a D at the end, which is correct in every other universe, but not his own.
>6. why you think they're worthy of the crownReynauld does what he believes is right, and he could use a little crownshaped pat on the head for it. Also, his kobolts are really, really, really, REALLY hoping that their dragon wins because he is, in their words: "the bestest dragon".
Can you really say no to those big eyes?
