The churning asteroids and barren worlds orbiting the Andaman star provide the Pongomen with adequate playgrounds for testing out new assembly and extraction methods without endangering the valuable biospheres of their home system. As such, the properties displayed by observing reactions beneath manipulated energy fields allow the Pongomen to develop Microassemblers to greatly simplify the harvesting of common materials and the creation of basic components.>Action 1: Andaman OutpostThere are no worlds in the Andaman system considered to be worthy of long-term settlement. Nonetheless, the ecologically dead nature of the system means that the mineral treasures of the rocks here can be exploited without Biospheric damage to a functional ecosystem. As such, only the establishment of a Starbase-Outpost is considered; a monitoring and research station to conduct scientific studies upon the system and a semi-automated industrial unit of Microassemblers and drones that will slowly put the mineral resources of the system at our disposal. Perhaps it might someday become something of a waystation to further ventures...
>Action 2: Explore MakamdasseThe star lying on the route Eastward of Nusantra is a bright and orange orb given the moniker 'Makamdasse'; and initial scans suggest that it may have both inner rocky planets and outer gaseous giants. But the only way to be certain is to launch a mission to explore; and so once more the Pongomen get together a scientific survey mission to explore a solar system...
