Lucian looked at the freshy handcrafted heraldry and vestitures that now wrapped around the neck of the Kroxigor. The creature’s yellow scales making the perfect accent to cement the heraldry upon his body like a white canvas.
Upon the top of the giant was Tyny who was sporting a robe of cloth that went from his shoulder to hip. This did not have the direct heraldry of Lucian upon it but the cloth was clearly inspired by his own.
Near them was the wagon full of all the goods that was loaded in the previous night. At the center of it was a clear stand that was erected into the air. Upon it was the raven holding the fruits of Lucian’s labor. It was by far the most expensive work that Lucian had to invest into yet the green and black dyes made it one of the cheapest heraldic pieces.
Unlike the many times before where Nightshade was covered in simple mail armor forced by Adok, this time the beast was covered in black cloth. Upon the cloth at four seperate places was the Raven which represented Morr. It was all tied together with green accents that ran across the sides and back of the beast where the metal needed to be attached to the cloth for both to stay together.
Lucian himself was sporting the Scythe at his side. Upon his person was of course the black gold armor that held at the center of it the symbol of vengeance. Said armor was now wrapped in green and black cloths to help keep the surface of the armor from blemishing and keep the Knight within it warm.
These nights were getting cold after all.
“Lucian.” Lucian’s inspection of his party was taken from him as Count Remon approached his steed, “You have become the Knight I hoped you would. If only I had not been beaten by the Black Knight I might have been able to join you into my family.”
“The dead get their wishes first.” Lucian told his mentor.
“Aye.” The man gave a nod to the words, “As my suggestion to you, Lucian, is that you should seek out a symbol of the Lady to pray to. That way she will honor you with the Protection that you deserve.”
