“Its too random.” Lucian admitted himself as he nodded towards the Lizard, “If going to Albion will get us the knowledge we seek then I will support it.”
“Then the plan has been struck!” cheered Adok with a loud rumble, “We need to make our ways to Albion!”
“Then the question becomes how you are going to get there.” Count Remon pointed out as he looked over them all, “Bordeleaux would have been the best way to get to Albion but that is where the supports of Prince Gillot are. Unless you are all ready to fight through them then you will need to travel north.”
“That would mean we lose a month to travel, right?” Lucian asked the Count with a good amount of fear coming from the rough understanding he had.
“The three of you could force yourselves on the march. If you do that though I do not think there is anything you can do when trouble comes.” The Count pointed out, “Many armies have been ambushed doing that, and a small group like yours can easily be overwhelmed by Beastmen or Greenskins.”
“Tee-Ny.” Lucian looked towards the Lizardman, “How did you get to Bretonnia? It sounds like Lustria is a great ways away.”
“Those would be the Pathways of the Old Ones.” The Lizard said as one eye focused on the Errant, “We cannot use them though. For each time those paths are open it risks Chaos infiltrating them. We must go there by either land, sea, or if the burrowers have made a way through the ground.”
“Burrowers?” The words seemed almost offensive to Adok, “You suggesting we travel to the Grey Mountains instead? Sure we could travel to Marienburg but the ancestral tunnels have Raki in them.”
“Skaven are prey for Sotek.” The Lizard said as he licked his eye, “It may add more time, but it is safer than a land who just lost their Monarch.”
“So we either got to the mountains, the sea, or the land.” Lucian said with a firming understanding, “Each have curses and blessings.”
“It seems so.” Count Remon confirmed.
>Head to Bordeleaux
>Travel through Bretonnia
>Run through Bretonnia
>Head for the Gray Mountains
The Grey Mountains are closer than they appear on this map. Probably better to plan the route through Total Warhammer's Map from Aquitaine.
