“Tee-Ny-Tyny of Itza,” Lucian began as he grew a smile that held all the heart he could muster, “Any enemy of the undead and Nagash is a friend of mine. It is my goal too to kill the undead so we should join forces on this.”
“I agree. The Old Ones and Slann are looking upon this moment with great favor I feel.” The Skink said as he gave a toothy smile.
With those words Lucian extended a hand towards the lizardman searching for the agreement. To his surprise the lizard took it and held it firmly just like another member of mankind. Though the strength of the lizard was much less than Lucian himself.
Such must be why he had such a mighty monster of a steed.
“Do you have any objectives to secure early, Lucian?” The Lizardman asked as he closed his eye and looked at the Black Knight at the end of his nose.
“Well that is something I have been trying to figure out.” Lucian admitted as he gave a solemn nod of acknowledgement, “The lore of Nagash speak of the undead lords of Araby, yet they are described as skeletons. I seek out the Vampires known as Carsteins, would know anything of that name?”
“The tablets speak of horrors coming from the realm near the World’s Edge Mountains.” Tyny said as he gave a nod of acknowledgement, “But Lucian and Tyny can seek out other tomes of lore of other realms. If the two or us were to visit the outpost north of here, then a measure through the Geomantic Web can be done.”
“I see…” Lucian had no idea what the lizard was talking about now. It was only now did he realize that it must have been several minutes now since he charged away from Adok.
If it was talk about these things and what to do next they would want to get with the Dwarf first.
“Uh, I have a friend who will also be traveling with us. He is a Dwarf by the name of Adok.” Lucian said as he showed a hand away from himself, “We should probably make out way towards him.”
“Lead, Warmblood.” The Lizard announced as he swiftly climbed out of the hand of Bok and onto the back of the giant beast.
Lucian did as he was asked, and followed the path of stale blood out of these forest depths that he met the last of his companions within.
