>>5880363I am glad you enjoyed the Dungeons And Dragons movie anon, please see this gif for my reaction to it. If only the CGI in the dnd film looked as good as this other film from about 18 years ago lol
I actually really enjoyed the Warcraft film (I have never played WoW or any warcraft game, I know nothing of the lore) the storyline had a very interesting moral ambiguity which I really liked (lol, the Warcraft film actually has more moral depth than Lord Of The Rings lol) and I really liked some of the magic spell effects they did in the Warcraft film, of course it looked a bit ridiculous but it felt like an ultra high production value videogame cutscene to me, which I think succeeds in the intent.
What disappointed me most about the Dungeons And Dragons film, I was hoping for some awe-inspiring or breathtaking visual panoramas of Neverwinter city or Baldurs Gate Icewind Dale lol, instead they just looked... really generic like a pantomime fantasy but not even a good pantomime fantasy (see the film Stardust in my opinion for that done well) the graphics were just a bit too horrible.
