If it wasn’t clear the asked for roll in a flash vote determines the standoff not the number of votes, I apologize if that wasn’t clear.

War was never an unfamiliar thing to your family, your Father had ventured on half a hundred petty campaigns since you were a child and news from abroad was never without some petty conflict. But you clearly remember the collective intake of breath when your father had received the missive from Dragonstone calling for a truce on the news that the Prince of Pentos had set sail with a hundred warships and just as many sword companies to conquer Blackwater bay. Outside interference was a rare thing, the warring Kings had learned long ago that claiming the Crownlands was far from an easy feat and banding together against them was not above the embittered history the houses of the land shared. Your Father had not deliberated for long with his council, no lord alone in the crownlands could muster the might to resist such a force and their was clear wisdom in Dragonstone’s call for aid, ser Duncan had bid you prepare scarcely a day later and you felt anticipation worm its way into your gut, this was the chance you had trained for since you were a boy, you would earn your spurs on this campaign and make your mark on the world, to honor the lineage of your blood and prove yourself worthy of house Celtigars name, to do any less was the mark of lesser men.
Your house had departed a scarce few weeks later, your Father, the lady Grafton and her sons her eldest sons blonde Jon & brown Ben on the flagship King crab while you and your brother Corlys sailed with ser Duncan and your uncle ser Lyonal on the Sea hawk with the men-at-arms much to your brothers dismay and frustrations, such mild spurs didn’t surprise you though, despite your position as his heirs you were not subject to his affections and the house knew that it was bad for you and your brother to be in close quarters with the lady’s sons.
And so you set off leaving home behind you and destiny on the horizon.
