“She’s really trying to apologize, girls.” You say as you try to pick up the fallen idol in a hurry. This is amateur hour. The girls exchange a glance, they’re more concerned about Carol’s health than the stupid sorry parade. “C’mon, Carol, I know you did great, now stand up and apologize to them.”
“But I already said I’m sorry…” The dejected idol laments, still hurt by the reception. Though, you saying that she did well gave her some strength, since you’re a harsh critic and all.
“Just one more time.” You reassure.
“I’m sorry…” Carol sounds sincere. Or is she so sad that she sounds sincere? Who knows?
“This is a good first step. Now you have to be held accountable.” Emily takes the apology.
“You have to be punished, YUNG-P.” Clutz unsheaths an evil grin. Her antagonistic nature cannot be deterred!
“Pu-Pu-Punished?! What happened to forgive and forget?” Carol returns to her senses out of fear.
“Repair and repent took their places.” Emily continues the pun game. This whole exchange sounds clunky and clumsy. This line would’ve landed if Clutz said it. “No empty gestures or apologies, you have to do the work.”
“How does that work?” Carol feels already committed to a bad idea. She glares at you ever so slightly for putting her in this situation.
“As the hurt parties, we need to come to an agreement on what that would look like.” Emily explains.
“Her fate is in our hands then? How fragile stars in a downward trajectory are...” Vortexia is already scheming.
“Me too? I was helping her out with this.” You point out this shouldn’t be in your hands.
“Stand up for yourself. We know you are pissed too.” Emily wants you to not ignore your issues.
“My manager is being a pushover? That won’t bode well for us, nobody likes a doormat.” Vortexia won’t respect you if you act like this. Doormats are fine! You like Liu! “You can’t let her get away with this. You deserve better.”
“Do your thing. If I say something, you will all complain that I’m not taking it seriously or something equally annoying.” Carol crosses her arms and sits on the bed. She manages to complain anyway. Typical ex-wife behavior.
You’re dragged into a group with your agency. You must discuss the best way to punish Carol for all she has done.
>>What’s your proposition?
>Carol should make up for it by organizing an event for everyone! Get tickets for something else, not one of her concerts.
>Carol should do a collab with Vortexia! With her just being a featuring act! Clutz will be the star!
>Carol should be spanked by everyone for her misdemeanors. That booty needs to tapped again!
>Carol should stay friends with everyone and be there when you need her. Nothing fancy or bombastic. The actual work.
>Tell on Carol to her mom! She has been too mean and needs to be properly punished at home too!
