She acted contrary to her instructor’s guidance - to not use a [witch] doctor knife outside of defense of self - and cursed the entire family which owned the farm she worked at once aware of the abuse sustained by her colleague. For her deviation, the knife turned against her and severed her head — but kept her from passing on properly, and damning her with perpetual hunger.
After several years of being a drifter, she ended up in the backyard of a small brothel - the “Nectar Droplet” - as the place was the burial ground for children killed inside and outside the womb of prostitutes. It was during this time she encountered a gravedigger - “Sira” - who became her lover and aided her in employment, that being, as part of the brothel’s medical staff. She and Sira soon transitioned away from “the life” after growing instability within the organization they served, and left the province entirely; moving from one to the next over the following decades.
During their later years, they adopted a child - “Nara” - before settling down for good in the northern province of Blackwing, where she worked as a librarian.
>Three likesBarely cooked cockles

Warm climates
— her (un)naturally cold body is less able to be explained away in such conditions —
Monasteries and temples
— she can barely remain there without passing out from exhaustion —
>Special Talent / Fun factShe is a krasue - and at night, her head can be detached from her body. Sira often takes her head around whenever they want to hang out.
>Fear / Weakness / SecretOnly Sira and her know the circumstances of their daughter’s head and eye injury; a self-inflicted gunshot wound after her biological family was ostracized from society due to having ties to criminal activities.
>Worthiness of the crown A crown should be warranted by wisdom, and she’s gotten some of that over the years.
She’s lived quite the life; a milkmaid thrust into low company over a vendetta; a medical and occult practitioner whom station allowed her to save others who similarly deviated from the straight; a private investigator and later in life, a librarian who advised others who do intend to walk on the law’s very edge.
(And so she could brag about it to her daughter and husband.)
