Harum steeples his hands together as he considers the logistics for a few moments, before he speaks up again. "I think I could have everything up and running within six months if I get to work now. Possibly as little as three if I get lucky and find someone capable enough at cutting through the red tape of bureaucracy. Should I call you then?"
"Hmm...I should be done with my current project by then if everything goes well, so sure! At worse, I'll just join your team a little bit later." Tento says, striking your curiosity. It's Azalea that speaks up about it first, though.
"What's your current project?" The curious fairy asks, tilting her head cutely. The question alone brings a big smile to Tento's face.
"I'm glad you asked! It has to do with a local legend and cultural artifact, the Forgotten Warrior. The artifact itself is a statue of an unknown figure that once did battle with good and evil alike, only to supposedly be turned to stone by a demon he crossed in the same moment that he beheaded that demon. It was broken into a thousand pieces when a tidal wave flooded the island during the Demon King's rampage, but a few days ago we found it fully intact once more despite the fact that the temple it was in and nothing else on the island was repaired in the same way. I've been trying to figure out why that is, but the more superstitious types have been interfering with my work." Tento explains passionately. It's clear that she could go into far greater detail if allowed, but she didn't want to bog you and your friends down with it.
You glance to Barbar, sharing a look to the man as you both consider the possibility of the legend being true. Why else would an object get repaired by the wish, if it was not a person? Still, you don't know for sure that such is the case - it could always be an enchanted object for all you know. Perhaps it warrants investigation.
>Offer to check out the statue with her, right now. You want to see it for yourself, to determine what's REALLY up with it.
>Propose visiting the statue after you finish finding a certain dragon near the island. The statue is just sitting there, so it can wait a day!
>Ask about more details about the figures involved in the legend - the warrior and the demon. Tales like this have always interested you!
>Something else?
