The Edismon continue to expand. A portion of the new Scraplands population has chosen to migrate further west, back to their preferred Ancient Ruins habitat- though a small portion of the species remains in the scrap for reasons unknown. Some of the newly-migrated have begun sharing rumors that the Edismon are not alone on this island... but those can't be true, can they? All these mon have seen is themselves, after all!
The remaining Scrap population has seen its numbers stagger. It's become clear to them that they don't have the chops to survive in this habitat alone, and the lack of new settlers has begun to harden many of the Edismon there into more gritty and self-sustaining specimens. Meanwhile, their Ruins-dwelling brethren continue to play it safe and expand further south, mostly ignoring the divergent population and continuing their natural ways uninterrupted.
