It was supposed to help make the journey and trail to get the water not feel like a blatant asspull like it is in the manga. Shinsenkai is garlic jr filler where supposedly all the past Kamis go once they retire and pass on. I'm going to be retooling both concepts to make something more appealing since we're getting a training arc
without it killing one's summer vacation.
