Your heart pounds in your chest and feel as if you're being watched by a fierce predator, which is not far from the truth. For the first time since the start of your rampage you feel the need to rein in your emotions as "Hawkeye" Dracule Mihawk is glaring at you. The name is apt, as his eye is like that of a raptor, cold, focused, ready to strike at a moments notice. His reputation as the greatest swordsman in the word is warranted, if that slice hit you it would've cut through you with the same efficacy as anything else. And he knows it.
"Pardon me. It was not my intention to interrupt you. I just do not feel like participating in this nonsense any longer. Whatever the purpose of the Navy is with the wholesale slaughter of their men I want nothing to do with it."
"HAWKEYE WILL FIGHT CAVALIER! HE'LL SAVE US ALL!"
Many of the marines cry out in relief.
"Hey! You shitty pirate! Who told you that you can move from your post! Get your ass back in place while I'm asking nicely!"
Admiral Green Bull barks his threats at Hawkeye, the only response he gets is a single swipe from Mihawks sword, which cuts his sunglasses and the cigarette he's currently smoking in half down the middle.
He's so taken aback by this he can neither spit nor swallow. He received the message loud and clear: "Make me".
"OH NO! HAWKEYE WILL FIGHT CAVALIER! HE'S GOING TO KILL US ALL!"
Hawkeye then returns his gaze to you and you feel a chill run along your spine again. The second look is just as potent as the first.
"You seem to be shaking. What are you so afraid of? Me? Or the potential for failure?"
You tighten your hold on your sword and your body tenses up as a whole.
"Only those fear death who haven't lived how they wanted. I did."
"People don't exclusively fear their own demise."
"Tch!"
