"Alright." You snap your fingers at Frank. "I'm going to help you five out - The others are pretty strong at this point. I think they can handle themselves."
Lex silently flexes in acknowledgement of his strength. Frank reloads his shotgun and raises the barrel at Lex before lowering it again. Lex merely flexes harder at Frank, completely refusing to acknowledge the threat.
<<span class="mu-b">"Nah. I'd need a bomb to dent him."</span>> "Fine. Fuckin' psychic magic bullshit - They're good enough."
"Right!" Benjamin begins the long and arduous process of creating enough ash for ten people (you and Benedict don't need the fire protection but the other bonuses are good.)
Max and Maruyama try their best to keep him comfortable as he slowly coughs out more and more ash. You got time to do some quick things real quick. First things first - You need to set a trap.
"Max, camera bugs and EMG card." "Oh, sure!" She tosses them over to you. You head to the door your squad came in from and immediately seal it shut with the EMG card.
The locking system goes on the fritz as the tiny card fries it. Time to set up the rest of the trap.
You set up a makeshift system of strings and wiring that, if it detects ANYONE approaching the door, every bit of tech you have attached to it goes off.
You safely place the camerabugs away from the splash radius. Good enough for now.

With that finished, you decide it would be wise to check up on Dasha real quick (then Frank)
She's busy trying to figure out whether she should use the last bit of medicine she has to patch it up. Her posture tenses up as she notices you, "Oh. Здpaвcтвyйтe."
"Hey." You kneel down to check her hand. "Are you okay?"
"Been worse. No worry needed, I'm doing quite fine." She struggles to speak your tongue. "Thrown from one pan to other. Quite. Quite funny."
You frown. "Yeah. I'm, uh, sorry for forcing you into this. Can't imagine this is what you wanted to be thrown back into."
"A day to rest my feet. To eat good food." Dasha tries her best to smile. "It was more than enough."
"I know. Still feel a bit bad, you know?" You drape the AMULET OF PROTECTION over her neck.
"It is fine. War is war, regardless of time, regardless of place, no?" Dasha chuckles. "Got to keep pushing, yes. My eyes are afraid yet my hands do the work."
That's a weird saying but you think you got what she meant. "Still. I wish I had more time to, well, get to know you."
"Ah." Dasha nods. "It is regrettable. Yet the fact we met to begin, yes, that's a blessing."
"When all of this is over," You swallow an odd lump in your throat. "What would you like to do?"
"Ha. My mother, very strong woman, she would always tell me to find a man. A real man. Not like that ash boy or that loud shotgun boy. Real muscle, real bulk."
"Now? Hm. I would like to do what my father did - Mining. That would be fun."
"Mining?" You tilt your head. "That's probably not much better than being a soldier."
