The only bit of information that Gloria was able to give you that was at least somewhat helpful, was the fact that Mr. Delgi kept powerful, magic artifacts hidden in his casino. There was also a rumor that some of his biggest clients and allies are people that racked up massive debt in his casino. She thinks that he might have something over them, but that’s a question for another day.
Right now, you had to prepare for Elsa’s arrival. She had agreed to come to Vegas to check on how things were going. What you didn’t expect, however, was the instantaneous nature of her travel methods. She would apparently be teleporting directly into the hotel using a mystical artifact of hers.
She and her assistant would then carry out their investigation poste-haste. Neither of you had time to waste, after all.
Right when you’d managed to update Gloria on your plan to bring Elsa into the fold, a golden, glowing portal opened up in the room where you, Ana and Flint had been waiting.
Two figures stepped out of the portal. One was a woman of slightly above average height, and the other was an absolute giant of a man. He must’ve been 8 feet tall at least!
It wasn’t until both figures fully stepped into the room that you got a good look at them. The woman, who you were assuming was Elsa, was dressed in a tight, red and black leather jumpsuit with a brown leather duster.
Her red hair was styled into a long ponytail that reminded you very much of the one that Anastasia sported, and you had to wonder whether there was a connection there. And while she was a stunning woman, you couldn’t help but stare at her giant, pale-skinned assistant.
He was a mountain of a man, his arms and legs being thicker around than your entire head. His tailored uniform could barely contain his rippling muscles, and he didn’t appear to be able to stand completely upright without straining them. It was either that or he was afraid that his head would hit the ceiling. It was honestly a valid concern, given his staggering height.
The giant’s pale-skin and neanderthal-like bone structure lead you to believe that he himself wasn’t entirely normal like you’d been led to believe. But he was surprisingly docile, and didn’t so much as move a muscle as he stood behind his boss.
Elsa, on the other hand, wasn’t nearly as subdued. Her blue eyes scanned the room, and they brightened considerably when they locked onto Anastasia.
“Stasie, darling! It’s so lovely to see you.”
“Hello, Elsa. Thank you for coming on such short notice.”
Both women shared an affectionate hug, during which Elsa watched you out of the corner of her eye.
“Nonsense! Anything for my favorite Kravinoff.”
“Told you.” you said teasingly.
