You notice someone getting down from one of the ships and walking distracted right on course to collide with you, so you step to the side.
You can almost hear him tsk, before suddenly turning around while surprised. “Hey, I know you.”
You don’t respond, maybe he’s talking with someone else.
“The purple femboy and the pink one, yes! You guys are on the news.”
With no possible way he isn’t referring to you, you finally turn to look at him.
He continues speaking despite getting no answer. “You see, I am a very successful businessman from Vale. A very successful businessman who is also lost. You kids are staying at the famous Nick’s, right? Could you help a fella out and point me in the right direction?” He gives you a very charming smile.
But you can’t shake the feeling there’s something off about him, mainly the way he holds his cane. Untrained eyes may be fooled, but the way he holds it and what you can swear is a small compartment at the bottom probably indicates some hidden weapon.
He’s also calm, while almost everyone else is at the least concerned about recent events, he’s got an easy air around him.
