I don't really know what to call this gentler (?) cartoony cyberpunk aesthetic, it is like the cottagecore version of William Gibson lol. Cyber-whimsy, cyber-folk? Whimsy-punk? There is some hint of handicraft and artisanal invocation, perhaps the nurturing side of pets and digivolution lol. Also there is an emphasis probably on bright distinctive saturated colour palettes but NOT the harsh neon-drenched unreal engine dark urban cyber look etc.
I suppose you must inevitably just reference the cartoon animations themselves? Surely they possess hours and hours of backgrounds and landscapes etc.
