The makeup of the cruiser was baffling. Instead of being built around decks and passageways, the ship was organized concentrically, with layers of armor and support machinery organized around a series of vast central chambers. As such, exploration is initially slow. The breach team had entered through the outer hull into an engineering layer, and it had taken more than an hour for them to cut deeper into the inner, habitable hull.
