Fuck it, we ball.
There's seven of you and one mystery man (probably Shockley). Your group is also armed to the teeth; There's no way in hell you can lose this.
"Fan out. Benjamin will stay in the back. Rest of us up front."
"Sounds good to me!" "verily...i wish to strike that beast down with my own blade." "Might as well use this sniper rifle for once."
"We're dealing with the feller up close and personal-like, huh? Thoughts you'd wanna watch 'em with Kiara." You're about to explain yourself but you realize he didn't sound annoyed. Hell, he's excited. "Ain't no point hiding in them shadows like he is."
<span class="mu-s">"Quite quaint indeed. He is meant to be like a savage dog, ready to be shot down at a moment's notice. Why isn't he charging us?"</span>
"Suppose we'll find out."
You toss over some items to your allies: NIGHTVISION GOOGLES for Benjamin, ROCKSALT SPRAY to Kiara, a backup CRYO GRENADE for Casey and...fuck it. You feel like if you don't use it now it rots in your inventory 5ever because 'what if a better situation comes up?"
You crack open the HOLOCLONE PROJECTOR X-58 to create, what else, a HOLOCLONE of BENJAMIN.
You place the device inside the elevator so it doesn't get damaged in the scuffle. A translucent blue hologram of Benjamin is projected from the device. Max whistles at the fresh piece of holoclone 'eye candy' (only to her really) that's promptly shielding her now.
>-HOLOCLONE PROJECTOR X-58
That's about all you have planned. Time to get movin'.
Benjamin quickly separates from the group while everyone else (including his doppelganger) starts closing the distance between the figure and your party.
"Partner! I wouldn't get no closer if I was you, no sir!" Clover calmly yet firmly yells out towards whoever the figure is. "We ain't no cowards. Youse nobody to us."
The grinding of metal on stone screeches to an immediate halt. A split second realization pops into your head: Benjamin has nightvision googles on, Kiara has generally better-than-human eyesight and decent nightvision; You should really use your SIGHTJACK ability on one of them to see what's going on.
You pick Kiara for now due to her being closer to the target. Your left eye's vision is replaced with Kiara's while your right eye keeps its regular vision, just in case Kiara gets attacked. It's hard to make out the figure's identity even with borrowing Kiara's vision. He's still pretty far away. You can make out some loose details your human eyes couldn't make out.
It's <span class="mu-b">certainly Shockley or someone who looks very much like him.</span> You didn't see him for long back in Q-Corp but you would recognize him well enough.
He's a freakishly tall android that can barely carry his own weight with how unwieldy his design is; A model of android clearly designed to intimidate fellow suits in a shareholder's meeting. Not an actual combat model. He's still wearing the same light emerald green suit but it's now caked in a variety of dark stains.
