A headset, a headache, and now this. You blink, within a second your senses are overwhelmed by a sea of colors, curling building block like structures litter the world beyond the stage you now find yourself on. Overly joyous music plays loudly, planting the seeds for an incredibly annoying ear worm. You groan and hold your head the mishmash of colors hurting your eyes as you stand in place, great, first time you try this idiot box and the game’s a fricking seizure procedure. You look up and see a bunch of objects hovering overhead in a uniform circle. Is this why so many kids have ADHD? This is the stuff they are playing, no wonder so many youths have the attention span of fishes! You cross your arms and grumble feeling agitated at the multitude of jingling keys assaulting you.
You stand your ground and grumble as something suddenly knocks into you, a small jester…thing bumps into you, instinctively you glare at her, she stumbles back and promptly tripped over someone else’s feet. A cavalcade of grunts follows this action as a domino effect of falling bodies occurs, the sound of faces meeting floor echo throughout the stage moments later. A record scratch assaults your ears, however with it the blasted music cut off, thank god, you found the off button. A bunch of items suddenly fall around you, including a potted plant, a pillow, a mirror and…Wait, what the shit is that. Despite the drop the mirror is perfectly intact and you see your body.
A chef’s attire don’s you, as does a chef’s hat with a lit candle on it, your mouth is covered by the long collar of the chef’s coat. What can be seen of your face is a black void, with two red balls for eyes. Yellow bits of spaghetti like hair poke out from under the chefs hat. A red handkerchief is around your neck. A small red apron is around your waist. A pair of white pants and a pair of black boots decorate your lower body. The hell? You look at your pitch black hands with confusion. However your feelings are quickly put on hold as a voice sudden makes itself known.
