>>5952503"First off, you need to gather all seven dragon balls. You can't evoke Shenron's power with just the two balls in my collection, or...the one your grandma has in her house. " As Bulma trails off, holding both dragon balls in her hand, she then goes to reach for her radar. As she flicks it to show that it works for you, both you and Bulma see a similar reading on the pocket-sized device. Causing Bulma to give you a skeptical look upon addressing that fact.
"You never asked. And my defense I didn't even know it was called a dragon ball." You blithely answer, putting your hands behind your back as you give a nonchalant shrug.
"Then what have you been calling it?" Bulma questions, slowly putting the balls back into her bag but keeping the dragon radar in her free hand.
"The Dragon Jewel. It's a mystical, ancient tool from long ago. It says that one's very own natural energy is what breathes life into the artifact and fuels it. Thus, it'll summon the guardian Shenron from it for a myriad of purposes. It's a parting gift from my master's master, Mr. Mutaito." You explained, causing Bulma to look at you with a puzzled expression.
"Well, my radar is picking it up, so either it's a dragon ball or it has the same wavelengths as one."Bulma muses, looking at the radar once more before turning back to focus on you. "Anyway, as I was saying, you have to unite all seven to call forth the eternal dragon Shenron from the center of the earth. A beautiful burst of energy will shoot into the sky as the space is blackened by the dark clouds. Slowly morphing into the silhouette of a massively long and vast eastern dragon with emerald scales and wood-like horns. In a blazing surge of fiery power and luminance, the eternal dragon will rise before you for its sole purpose. Once he appears, he will grant you one wish, whatever it may be. But only the one."
"That does sound different to what my grandma and master have told me. Maybe they could be linked or actually one and the same." You ponder, putting a hand on your chin, and rubbing it with your index finger resting against your bottom lip.
"The only way to find out is to check it ourselves." Bulma nods, ushering you to follow her as she leads you to the plane. "Happy Sixteenth birthday by the way."
"Thanks." You smile.
"Are you sure you didn't want to head to the city and have an actual party? A girl's sweet sixteen is nothing to brush off like that." Bulma inquiries, making her way to the pilot seat.
"It's fine, I'm not all that big on parties anyway."You shot back as you took to the shotgun seat. You could probably make it back home easily if you run, but a free ride is a free ride.
"Not even if I told you that the most popular kid in school Fuller and his football star lug head Agundas are gonna throw a big house party tonight? Don't you wanna crash it and cause some chaos?" Bulma asks, already finishing the necessary preparation as the plane is ready for take off.
