“My Lord, this is where I will need to get off.” Lucian heard the peasant speak once again after hours of being told to back off.
“Do so.” Lucian said without giving the courtesy of helping him down upon the ground.
As he unloaded, still gripping his stomach, the Peasant struggled to make their landing. It seemed that even though he talked quite a bit during their journey, he was still affected by the injury.
Or, it could be, he remembered that he needed to act like he was injured.
“I thank you for the generosity my Lord.” The Peasant gave a bow of respect, “You are in the area to look for the Grail Shrine, correct? Its very close, I can lead you to it if you want. I ask though that you go alone.”
Lucian did not need to reference his companions for he could already feel the eye of the skink upon them, “I would not want to leave my companions behind. Especially for someone of the likes of you.”
“Wisdom traces across your voice, oh Lord.” The Peasant said as he rose, “I ask then that you atleast try to find it on your own. The shrine is shy and does not readily appear.”
“A shrine is no fay.” Lucian said as he felt this creature was speaking more riddles.
“It is my suggestion to you, my Lord. If you will not have my guidance than I will leave.” The man said while giving another bow, “I thank you for taking me here. It has helped me greatly.”
>Fine, lead the way
>I will go, ALONE
>Alright everyones, lets go searching.
