You keep running on until you can clearly see the outline of the abandoned town. Though town may be a bit of a stretch. It's more like 7 wooden buildings in the middle of nowhere.
The entrance is blocked by one of the trucks, and you obviously won't be able to outrun the one chasing you with just your legs... But maybe you can use it to your advantage somehow...?
