"All I know is this." Castiel digs into his pocket and pulls out a slip of paper. "One of the weird guys was carrying it." He hands it over to you.
One looks tells you this is in a cipher you could not decode. A complete jumble of letters and numbers that's nothing you've seen before.
[MEASURE TWICE, CUT ONCE] Benjamin looks at it, scanning the letters. "I think I've seen this encryption before. I do computer stuff on my off time."
He translates it for both you and Max and what you hear is, well, odd. To say the least.
"Partnered with the OCEP. Excellent results have been recorded. Partnership will continue for foreseeable future."
OCEP? Who the hell is the OCEP? <span class="mu-b">They have to be working with the spooks, this is a clear case of gangstalking</span> but that organization is a blank slate to you.
