- Transform the Old Mormont Fort in an actual hospital (a lot of people are probably dying, because...its just tents inside the fort right now. If it becomes an actual building, patients can be in an actual more clean place, and not have to deal with the dust, sun, insects, wind and what not. Some guards can be stationed to kick out anyone thinking to harass the Followers), giving it to the Followers. Later expansion would be building an attached chapter house and medical school always for the Followers.
- Make the Lucky 38 an open casino. Require a staff and security (we can put some Securitrons, but having humans would be good for make it more open), which can be done easily depending on what kind of staff and security we want. Could be a long term thing for the absolute best (that means taking people that have nothing and give them everything, an education and purpose, housing, a well paying job. Loyalty like this will not be bought and they will be good at their job. Some months at least) or a short term thing for some professionals we aquire the service of and don't know about. I would advise to make the Lucky 38 operational, when the situation in Vegas is more than stabilized. Once its open, tourism will increase and we make more cash.
- New Vegas Hunters Association. We will need some time to set it up, but once its done, having meat from the wastelands of different animals would be nice. It might not add a lot of food on the table of most people but its more food. Its gonna be a dangerous job, but people want to eat there is going to be volunteers for even this kind of work.
- Transform the Thorn in a real arena of dangerous animal fighting, and volunteer gladiators. Might create a big entertainment and increase tourism further. Will need some time to be done, depending on the scope and how much professional we want it. Something to do later not now.
- Beyond that new farms are a priority. I am thinking Camp Golf, Boulder City, Bittersprings and Camp Guardian since they are all relatively near the Lake. And if not that, then attempting some improvements on existing farms in south vegas. With a population like NW food is too crucial to not look in to. A population like this right now is a weight. Later ? It will be a great strength both for work and military.
