Fenom (Fem-Venom), Countess Cephalopod, She-Shocker, The Huntress (Ana Kraven but in Heat), Pink Goblin (yes, literally Green goblin but with tits and painted pink), Hydro-Woman, Lady Lizard, The Queenpin, Michaela Morbius, Misses Vulture, Edna "Eddy" Brock, Mysteria, and who could forget about the Spider (S)Layers.
Those are just the ones I can think of while looking through episodes of the 90's Spiderman cartoon, man that intro fucks.
