We've decided to spend some precious time on gathering more intel.
Our Chabalah posed as journalists filming a documentary about Fu Dog livelihoods and entered the refugee community's boundaries to begin interviews as a camera team. Since Fu Dogs are majorly mistreated in many parts of the world, we played on their feelings by claiming to be filming a documentary about their plight to show the world their struggles. Whilst we mostly received the same answers that Fu Dogs wish for a god of their own, we were also able to find out that they received a lot of help from Woldorians, and humans in Siegesia in general. In fact, one of the finer points of the fake documentary's filming allowed us to hear from one of the clerics involved in the Kami summoning that they were taught the means by a human. We did not glean much more than that.
Our Chabalah under the same profile then attempted to ask the ritual priests in charge of following the ritual's instructions of their ambition, but they were mostly unresponsive and declined to speak on the matter, even somewhat hostilely.
We have decided to cross reference any and all info we could pull up of the refugee community's dealings with other entities and who goes in and out of the community. So far, as much as we can tell, the Fu Dogs have a representative, a lawyer, who deals with the Warrens' resident Jarl on official matters. Other than that, there are mostly companies based in Siegesia we can find that have connections that mostly deal with supply chains to the community. We discovered some individuals of note. The Warrens, due to its rural background, has many self employed businesses. We discovered some doctors, yoga instructors, foremen, HVAC businessmen, butchers and farmers associates with the refugee community, as well as contacts with the faithful of the cult of Eikn. Some may be based in Ilzvitz nearby.

Our passive monitoring of the situation has shed some results. The totem interface erected in the middle of the refugee community is noticeably changing in shape without direct physical contact.
We have also noticed that, among the Fu Dogs, there were some who looked at our disguised Chabalah suspiciously, and spoke in whispers. We believe there may be suspicion among them, or possibly even informants. We have no idea who. We can only guess at a possible Khanate presence or agency also actively monitoring the situation.
We need to be extra precarious.
