They already have their shitty proto-Guncannons, so they <span class="mu-i">kind of</span> have their own MS, but they really do suck major ass in almost every way even compared to a normal Zaku. That's even more the case for the really old guntanks which have been around for ages and explicitly aren't for war but instead crushing riots and small time rebels.
