You are once more in a forest. The sky is black, and there’s no end to the trees. They just go on up forever, disappearing into the green-tinged darkness. There is a floor this time, made out of grass and fallen leaves, and you hear as they crunch beneath your bare feet.
Yet this time there is no feeling of peace. You are sweating, nauseous, something claws through your stomach as if trying to burst out. You can feel it, you can see as it bulgest through the skin of your bare chest, something far too large to be contained inside of you, something with sharp fangs and claws trying to push its way out, trying to consume you, trying to destroy you.
You scream for help, but your cries come out muffled as your throat swells, the air being cut out as the creature tries to make its way up your throat and through your mouth. Your vision darkens and even in the dream you know that this is real, that this thing, this abomination is killing you in real life. Your eyes go wide in fear as something makes its way out of your throat, then wraps itself around it, squeezing, trying to break it, trying to snap your neck so you won’t resist it anymore-
“Begone!”
There is a light and you can feel it burning. It feels like your body is on fire and you feel yourself catch fire. There is blinding pain as your flesh turns to cinders, as your muscles are consumed by the blaze in a torture you’re sure would make Crucio feel like a gentle caress and then… the pain is gone. You gasp for air, clutching at your throat, expecting to find the thing still there, but it isn’t. You look back down at your stomach, but it is flat as it has always been.
There is no sign of the creature, burnt away by the flames.
“I’m sorry!” Says the voice, and you look up to see… her. The formless woman from your dream. There is worry in her voice, though also love and care. “I… I got carried away. The beast, it… I did not think it would slip by my defenses. Are you alright?”
