You think of a few words to say, remembering how personal space is an important concept in modern human society. As you feel the hand touch you once more, you turn around and slap it away. “Excuse m-“
You hear a human yell. You see a short, somewhat fat young human holding his hand, a few bones poking out of the mangled palm and fingers. Everyone around you steps away while the human squirms on the ground from the pain. You raise your hands, feigning innocence. “I, uh…”
“Oh shit.” You hear the Flash say, he holds the human up softly. “I’m going to take him to the hospital. Let’s meet in Carter’s Car Dealership outside of town.” His smile is gone and you feel something tug in you.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to.” You look around, everyone is utterly terrified of you and some people have clearly recorded the incident.
“It’s okay. Really, it’s okay. Just meet with me there.” He then runs off with the man.
You grit your teeth, even more irritated than before. Thankfully, the humans now do respect your personal space. You float upwards and only bolt away after lifting yourself up a safe distance.
