Getting into the casino was far easier than you’d expected it to be. The establishment appeared to be a giant, parked flying saucer, with a massive, multi-level tower growing out of the top, and various spotlights pointing up at it. The spotlights were noticeably less impressive during the day. As was the green, tinted glass of the main UFO that supposedly made the casino’s exterior shine like an emerald.
Instead, you were more interested in the other, smaller UFO’s that were behind the main building. Were those just decorations, or did they keep their facilities there as well?
You’d have to entrust that responsibility to Araña, since you and Cat were going to be searching for the archive room. She’d have as much time as she needed to case out the exterior.

Upon entering the grand casino, you were almost immediately assaulted by an array of green blinking lights and retro-futuristic noises that made you feel like you were walking into an arcade. The slot machines and roulette tables seemed much more childish and less harmful by this choice of design. Perhaps that was their intention. To make you feel like a kid at an arcade. Maybe that’s just how they saw their clientele. You didn’t know, and you didn’t particularly care right now.
You tried not to stare as Araña trailed a family of four, blending in with the rest of the people that were piling in this early in the day. Her neon pink hair stood out in the crowd, but you knew that she’d be making a beeline to the bathroom the first chance she got.
Just to avoid suspicion, you and Cat spent a bot of time on the floor, conversing with each other and some of the staff that were present here. The dealers were either wearing bad costumes, or were genuinely wearing their true forms with the pretext of them being elaborate costumes.
You saw small green skinned performers with coal-black eyes and enlarged heads, and gray skinned exotic dancers with similar features, but their limbs were of a similar length to that of a mature, adult human.
And before the sensual stylings of their local scantily clad alien women could cause a new fetish to develop within you, you made your way to the elevator in the back of the room. Felicia joined you there without looking like she was in any rush to do so.
“You spent a weird amount of time tipping those dancers.” she noted.
“I was just immersing myself in the role.” you claimed.
“Uh-huh.”
Eager to leave this topic behind, you made casual greetings to the bland guards standing on either side of the door, and placed a hand flat against a wall scanner. A green line ran up and down your palm several times, before the terminal blinked and the doors opened before you.
The guards stepped aside to allow you entry, and you both stepped inside, trying not to stare at the cameras that were obviously pointed at you.
