This is what I picture the average Latin American caudillo. How accurate is this?
>Former military officer ruling over some regional domain
>Emphasis on machismo and bravery
>Area is banana economy tier with little modernization
>Citizens are strongly religious (Roman Catholic) but barely educated
>Caudillo has feudal attitude no matter what ideology they pretend to be
>Very rich from various corruption deals and wealth confiscation
>Receives backing and funds from CIA or KGB or some other European nation
>Has several mistresses (seems to be really common among Latin America leaders)
>Probably connected with criminal syndicates, terrorists, drug mafias, smugglers, and bandits
>Will either flee in exile to other country with stolen wealth or get executed in a coup
Give this warlord a name, his country name, continental location, language, allegiance in the Cold War, military rank, mistresses names, rivals/enemies, and various atrocities he committed during his rule.
