Kobold Civ

!!0N12TyNGaJn ID:5WaYSVoq No.5687001 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Many centuries ago, the dragons fought a great war as they sought dominion over all lands.

Civilizations collapsed and many died. The skies darkened and all peoples were full of fright. The end times had come.

Yet the war subsided and peace returned.

Now, myriad of kobold herds travel the land, no longer soldiers for the machinations of their dragon creators, but rather sentient beings in their own right. Yet still many remember the times when kobolds were their foe.

But you are but a herd of kobolds who finally found a place to settle. You do not have much to your names. None of your kin remember the old times, nor the dragons you swore allegiance to. You are sure only of one thing, your scales are copper.

You’ve come to found your settlement by the shore of a river, in a humid area with marshy patches.

You’ve named your settlement…

>Kota Asal, City where we were born.
>Beten Tembaga, Fortress of Copper.
>Tempat Bahagia, Place of Happiness.

Year 1

Population: ~200
Resources: Fishing (Subsistence, River), Hunting (Subsistence, Marshes), Farming (Subsistence, River Shores)
Constructions: Residences (Huts, Common population, ~200 housed), Warehouses (Subsistence stockpiles)

For clarity’s sake, the ‘map’ (currently not drawn yet) is divided into sections of 60km, a day’s walk at 5kmh, 12 hours. These are rather large sections, so a city is not expected to cover all of it. It’s supposed to include the city along with its closest (1 day walk at most) villages, production centers, etc.) with which it interacts weekly.

Sections will usually be controlled only by one ‘civ’ to avoid making things complicated.

A map will likely be drawn, but with little detail and keeping things squared.
