You sit behind a desk. The dry, leathery stench of old books assault your nostrils as you open yet another set of old books. This work is boring and most soporific yet it is what you do for now.

The quiet of the library is a welcome change from the loud outside world. Here you can study and read from one of the most diverse collections on the planet. With many a unique book you are not certain is available anywhere else.

You get up again, to put away the books you had just finished. You place the heavy tomes between your arms and you return to the bookshelf from where they returned. The dry and dusty climate of the building slows you down more than you would have liked. But in the end you still reach the shelf to which these books belong. Just as you put them back, someone else is taking other books off the same shelf to read. Normally this would not be too much of an oddity yet you notice something. Another book hidden behind most of the other tomes. It looks weary and old. By far older than it should have any rights to be.
