just get some cheap chink knockoffs, you can upgrade them later after you learn how to use them

I was thinking imaginext but I've looked through damn near everything and nothing. I've seen this same figure in a black and yellow color scheme too. No markings.

Pic related. I had this in 2001. It was an action figure that had a retractable hand attached by a black string that was activated by a switch on the back. The face had details I think -- something akin to those 90's hyper-exaggerated expressions. The color scheme might also be off, but I do remember purple being a big part of it. Maybe the suit was also pinstriped?
