I dunno if you guys still remember, or if this is worth another thread, but I posted here a while back about a sword I had built out of Knex.

Well about a month ago i’d bought a couple more boxes of Knex for a good price and decided to improve upon the initial design. The old version of mine used to be about 6 feet 5 inches. Now I extended the “blade” to be 8 feet tall and the handle is longer too.

This thing is way taller than I am now and I can’t even stand it up in my own room. The door is to scale and is a standard sized door though I don’t know if that’s the case in America (I’m a filthy leaf). I’ll post some more pictures when I get the time.

I'd like to take a moment to recognize Jack Friedman, a guy who loved toys so much, he founded THREE different toy companies, leaving each previous one because he didn't want to work on video games, and dying only one month after finally retiring from the industry. Closest thing to a big-name toy line he ever got was Thundercats, but I have to admire the dedication.

Not sure if anyone has been following me on twitter, but I've been selling off parts of my collection for the last month or two, just needing to get some extra money in my hands right now with things being a little tighter than normal
