Welp, it’s official. After months of rumors, we now have official confirmation that SC has lost the MK license. On their official website, Mortal Kombat is no longer listed under their licenses.

This is extremely unfortunate, as that line was very well made and we were close to getting full rosters. They just released the new Shao Kahn and Goro which both were stellar releases. We’ve never had such a good line of MK characters and I doubt we’ll ever see one better. Some people think Jada might try to pick up the license, so I guess we’ll see.
