So, I fucked up with one of my Hasbropulse pre-orders and I just want to know if someone else has gone through this situation. I'm not in the United States, but I placed some pre-orders, and accidentally left one with the billing and shipping address the same. I've already been told how the process works, but I'd like to know if someone else went through this to see if they actually do what they told me (apparently, I'll get an email to sort it around the time it ships, but they can't do it now).

Got doubledealer finally. Goddamn what a floppy fuck. I basically had to dip him into a vat of furniture polish, but now he's pretty solid. He's actually pretty complex for a mainline. I just need his little rectangle buddies now and I'll be all set.
It is weird that like...the one character that isn't aligned with one singular faction didn't get one of those new logos introduced in the same line he came out in, but whatever.

Personally, I would never want to see that Minimus Amber to associate with the character Ultra Magnus again!
