It's a big piece that requires a full fill--no outline work. I don't have any recent pictures, but the entire left side of the rays, from the angel to the moon, and a bit of the background are now done. There's a banner behind the crown that's done, and I've started on the right side rays. I only work on it in my spare time, and I don't have a lot of that. I've used a ton of different threads, like regular sewing thread, cotton embroidery floss, rayon and silk flosses, metallic threads (mostly gold, but silver in the moon that doesn't show up well in the photo). Takes time.

This is my childhood teddy bear. He never had a name, he's just the Knickerbocker bear. My grandma bought him in NY in 1964, so he's an antique now. Lots of repairs over the years. He's mohair, velveteen, and stuffed with excelsior.

No, but my sister got a dog plush for my dad as part of a joke present. It's really soft and has pretty thick fur, and it has a tag that says its name is "Li'l Bubbles" or something like that. I forget the exact name.

These are the ones I’ve amassed over the festive season. Told myself I need to stop but a local bargain shop had the big care bear, then the smaller ones, then the pushewn plush were reduced to a £4 each. Same with brown bear.
Tokidoki was a tenner so couldn’t resist.
The amuse lot were my official to self gift though. And I do want to get the other dragons I’d they ever restock

Ps. Got the squisables moths coming too. Duck it. It’s been a miserable year there no real reason to not buy things that make me happy

I'm gonna try rigging some supports i can photoshop out so this guy stops spinning around long enough to photograph. Will upload the pattern file once i get some better pics

im jealous of the stitch and giant bedtime bear. my bf got me a y2k HUGE 26" grumpy bear. still looking for some more carebear cousins. i have a big tokidoki unicorn too, and am trying to find some of those amuse plushes myself for a cheaper price. really cute collection anon.

The stitch is part of the generally adorable disney babies range. Dying for a gloomy bear myself but I find it quite hard to find one for a reasonable price. I think they have become trendy with the alternative crowd again. The little amuse plush arent too expensive from Blippo and tofucute, but they are certainly treats, i also find it odd these are considered medium plush rather than small

also no, that's not him. right look, but the particulars are off (too big, too light). I remember the name "cookie" being very prominent on the tag. not 100% that he was Gund; the mid 80s were a while off. thanks a lot though. this quest has bedeviled me for a long time.
