Nope. The same stock with the botched helmet was sent worldwide. They didn't release a corrected version in-package anywhere, so you have no choice but to contact Hasbro in your country.
Depending on which country you're in and how many replacement heads they have left after all this time, your luck of getting a corrected one will vary.
If you do get a replacement head, you'll most likely get one that has other problemslike a messy black-lined visor, or what seems to have happened for most - the eyes on the forehead fin are WAY lopsided.

Bandai gave them Kakuranger weapons and other random shit. They didn't use any weapons in the show so all they really need is alt heads/hands.

I was wondering, with newer power ranger adaptions they tend to give the rangers new weapons or other stuff that wasn't in the sentai to sell as new toys. What do you think they would do if they were to make a new series of toys based on mighty morphin power rangers? I know they are making new toys for that series but they are still using the classic designs and weapons that already exist.
