While this isn't the most ground-shaking problem contributing to the spread, it's still hilariously annoying and sad. I actually called Hasbro out via an email about the Abomination Wave and they told me this:
"I can certainly understand your frustration. Regrettably, the details of Hasbro's distribution contracts with retailers is proprietary information and unavailable for discussion.
Hasbro Pulse strives to ensure that our consumers have access to our products, especially in light of practices like "scalping". Though we wish it were possible, we are not always the first to have these items."
So if you order from Amazon or Hasbro Pulse, expect them to maybe come out on time or just never get them at all. You would think they would prioritize online services over physical in-store shopping especially now, Nah.
