Originally, Skar was the one you plugged in to turn him to bird mode, and Knock turned him to robot mode; both were released in a Generations Selects cassette pack ("Spy Patrol 1", along with Frenzy and Wingthing), and can be stored in ER Doubledealer's chest in all three modes (though only one fits at a time); the little engine on DD's belly can be detached and plugged into the peg on Knok's back to give him his old Powermaster look, too.
