>>9938491Speaking of TMNT rights, this is unrelated but one interesting thing is that Mirage had the ability to shop around turtles characters to other cartoon companies. They wanted a Mighty Mutanimals cartoon, and when Fred Wolf passed, they were able to go to Filmation for it. The only reason it didn't happen was Playmates not wanting to do a line for toys they had already released. So there's a whole bunch of alternate animated designs for the Mutanimals out there(which are all similar to their archie/toy looks)
