Well I love Crita, but if you were to just add one NA character to Eternia, she'd be stepping on Evil-Lyn's toes, so I'll say Optikk.
He's simply the best design! Only Slush Head really gives him a run for his money among the Evil Mutants, who are widely agreed to be better designs than the good guys. He could even share all but his torso and eyeball of a head with the Man-E/Trap Jaw/Roboto triumvirate if necessary (pic related) and still look good.
