I was thinking of splurging and getting a 100+ dollar set from some of my christmas bonus. At first I was thinking of Daily Bugle, but the more I look at it the set looks like a pretty boring build, and a big grey box.
Not to mention how it isn't a complete build, the back is open, and while it has 25 minifigs only a few is really cool (Punisher, Blade) while a big part is stuff I've already gotten and alot are civilian minifigs with basic prints.
I've been looking at the Blacksmith. It's more than half the price of the bugle, looks like a more fun build and a better display piece. Opinions?
I'm open to other sets, but not modulars.
