Been watching more Beast Wars (as if anyone cares), I'm like halfway through season 1 now. Still really enjoying it, I'm getting attached to the characters now.
I'm liking the Predacons, they feel like a group of criminals rather than a army like with the Decepticons (and Megatron gives me a Hans Gruber vibe). Waspinator and Megatron are my favourites but I enjoy Terrorsaur being a even worse Starscream (nobody ever takes his overthrowing of Megatron seriously) and I like his robot design. The weakest link imo is Scorponok, he doesn't have much going for him other than being a dumb brute.
On the other hand I think the Maxmimals are all solid characters. Dinobots is my favourite, I like how his character has progressed and his relationships with Optimus and Rattrap are highlights.
Cheetor is a big dork, he always makes me laugh with his dumb slang "ultra gear" "lamers!" "Mega-dumb".
Rhinox feels OP, three episodes in a row he's beaten the shit out of Megatron.
And finally Optimus Primal is a big hero, the battle when the Axalon is taking off actually made me feel something, I can see why people are drawn to the character.
Anyway enough blogposting, to keep this /toy/ related, is the Generations Waspintor mold good? I want to track one down eventually.
