The hiya aliens are kinda small, and therefore not very threatening to astartes, and can also get kinda pricey for meh figures. The McFarlane genestealer is like $20 tops, and can easily work as a broodlord/patriarch.
Here's a pic of a hiya predator next to a phobos marine. Not the worst scaling, but aesthetically, the "predator" hardly seems like such. Maybe try some halo brutes?
