Too obscure for an Epic figure release with only one per year, and he wouldn't make a good 6" Select either since there's hardly anything to articulate. Don't think he was made in Scale World either so you're stuck finding a third party one or getting someone to make a custom no matter if you choose Jazwares or Scale World.
